Keep in mind that I put up a fan site and this is her response. I would have just given her the domain name... i clearly had no intention of profitting from it.

I am the owner of sara-rue.com and I got pretty much the same letter, in registered letter format.
I sent an email response saying that the domain is up in July, and that they are welcome to buy it from their own registration company at that time.
